This is the web site of the San Luis Obispo Macintosh User Group.  We are a Macintosh user group serving the general San Luis Obispo and Five Cities areas of the central California coast.

SLOMUG meetings are usually held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Library conference room City Library, 995 Palm St. Click on the MAP link  for a map to our meeting site. Meetings consist of a Question & Answer session, a speaker and a raffle.

The Macintosh User Group (SLOMUG)

Alden Merchant

A 4th year Graphic Communication student at Cal Poly and a Mac user for almost 10 years. 

A Mac Technician at Cal Poly as well as the Digital Printing Manager at University Graphics Systems, Cal Poly's student run print enterprise.

 

We shall start the evening with each speaker giving a maintenance gem they can offer to the audience, i.e. low cost or free maintenance, specialty software and when and how to use it, tips on preventative maintenance.
